The Greatest Compliment

I love to use the internet.  I book hotels, flights, and rental cars.  I shop on line whenever possible. I even order food on line from time to time.  When I’m shopping, I browse different sites, compare prices and read reviews.   The reviews are always interesting.  I try to remember that people are more likely to complain than to compliment.  Yet, there occasionally is a bad review that turns me in another direction.  Because of this, I make it a habit to do reviews and surveys and leave positive feedback whenever I can.

Many of you receive the opportunity to complete a survey about our office following your appointments.  We truly appreciate each and every comment.  Of course we like the positive comments best, but we also welcome any constructive criticisms.  We use those comments to learn and grow.  We also stand behind our work, and if someone is unhappy with us, we want to know.

Our web presence and our online reputation is something we work very hard at maintaining.  The site we put the most effort into is Facebook.  Facebook gives us the opportunity to stay in touch with our patients on a daily and weekly basis instead of seeing them just 2 or 3 times a year.  We can share news about new products, new techniques, and new equipment.  We can introduce new team members and keep you up to date on what our team members are up to.  We can inform you when we will be out of the office or when we have a surprise appointment opportunity.  We let you know about specials and special things we do day in and day out.  We also use Facebook to provide you with dental knowledge through shared articles, videos or shared websites.  If you haven’t been to our Facebook page, check us out today?  Here is the link:

All of these things add up to web exposure and help optimize our search availability on line.  We hope that this will help grow our practice and expose our excellent team to more people.  However, our biggest source of good will and new patients remains our current patients.  Your willingness to refer your family, friends, co-workers and neighbors is the best way we can grow our practice.  Ask us about our “Care to Share” referral program.  It is our way to give your referrals the VIP treatment they deserve.  It also allows us to say thank you in a small way for having the confidence in us to recommend our team to others.  That is the greatest compliment you can pay us.  Thank you!
